Important Changes To The Booking Of GP Appointments


 Ashfield Medical Centre will now be using a Triage Appointment System.


GP Consultations requested on the same day will initially be via a telephone call back.

Doctors Advice Calls

When you are requesting an Advice Call from a Doctor, please leave your name and telephone number and a GP will phone you back. If you want to talk to a particular GP, this request has to be made before 11:00am. Otherwise you will be added to the Duty Doctors Telephone Triage list and contacted after 2:00pm.

 

Nurses Advice Calls

If you need advice from a Nurse Practitioner/Practice Nurse, please leave you name and telephone number and the nurse will call you during the course of the morning. If a request is left in the afternoon, this will be dealt with on the following day.
