Important Changes To The Booking Of GP Appointments


 Ashfield Medical Centre will now be using a Triage Appointment System.


GP Consultations requested on the same day will initially be via a telephone call back.

New Patient Registration

Please call reception on 01908 679111 to make a registration appointment for each member of your family.

You can download a Registration Pack to complete before your appointment. Alternatively call into Reception to collect a pack.
